Posizione

Innovation

Analyse food trends, consumer understanding, market data and manage cross-market innovation researches, concept and product test (both quali and quanti);
Hunt new ideas and Business solution in coherence with the Brand strategy;
Translate New Product Development into product strategy (1-3 years), transforming each industrial or R&D innovation into a consumer success;
Lead central cross-functional team into innovation flow.


Project leadership

Business Units coordination, making a bridge on: Innovation Projects, Mktg activities, Packaging and communication declinations, and all operative matters between HQ and European Business Units.


Roll out Plan and Marketing Activity Plan

Support Business Units to develop impactful customer presentations.
Support Business Units to develop marketing activities to speed Awareness/trial or to create frequency/Repurchase.


Business Mastering

Budget performance monitoring.
Margin/Mix/portfolio analysis & optimization.
Marketing and trade marketing Spending.



Requisiti

Experience in Projects management (think x objectives, define priorities, establish strong relationship with functions, coordinate countries, lead timing…)
Experience in communication leading process, media plan and consumer activity
Proactivity, Creativity and open minded. Strong Leadership and Relation skill
Good Analytical, Financial and Presentation skills
漢Fluent English. French and German as a plus
3-5 years in MKTG management
Experience in FMCG is a must. Experience in International background and in ambient-food it’s a plus
