We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and highly professional Villa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury villa complex. You will be the primary lead for a dedicated team of 12 staff members, ensuring that our property maintains impeccable 5-star standards and that every guest experience is seamless and memorable.The ideal candidate is a natural leader who "leads by example," possesses a strong eye for detail, and has a proven track record in high-end hospitality management.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Oversight: Manage and optimize all daily operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, pool/garden care, and guest services.Staff Leadership: Coordinate, train, and motivate a team of 12 (including butters, housekeepers, security, and gardeners). Handle scheduling, performance reviews, and maintain a positive working culture.Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and aesthetic presentation are met at all times.Guest Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests. Oversee the check-in/out process and handle special requests or complaints with professionalism and grace.Financial & Admin: Manage operational budgets, vendor relations, purchasing, and provide regular reports to the owner regarding occupancy and maintenance needs.Facility Management: Coordinate with external contractors for technical maintenance and ensure all villa equipment and facilities are in top condition.RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a management role within a luxury villa or boutique hotel environment.Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is required to manage the local team effectively.Leadership: Proven ability to manage and coordinate a large team (10+ people).Personality: High emotional intelligence, problem-solving mindset, and a "can-do" attitude.
