Sales Manager
A Sales Manager analyses local market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategies that keep the hotel a leader in the marketplace through the development of future and repeat business.
What will I be doing?
As Sales Manager, you will analyse local market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategies that keep the hotel a leader in the marketplace through the development of future and repeat business.
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Develop, suggest and implement hotel sales plans aligned with business objectives, leveraging these plans to drive sales efforts across all market segments, including Leisure, Groups, and Meetings & Events.
Establish, maintain, and expand relationships with a strong emphasis on key leisure accounts, particularly within luxury consortia.
Coach, mentor, and guide the sales team to strengthen their skills, encourage collaboration, and boost overall performance.
Manage RFPs and lead contract negotiations for FITs, wholesalers, and high‑end travel agencies.
Collaborate closely with the Groups, Meetings & Events Department to generate and convert business for groups, congresses, and social events, mainly weddings.
Proactively prospect and generate new business with a strong focus on international markets through outbound calls, client visits, Fam Trips, trade shows, and roadshows.
Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with deep focus on selected key leisure accounts.
Act as a role model and inspire the hotel team through leading by example.

Director of Sales
The Director of Sales oversees hotel sales strategies by driving growth initiatives, tracking performance, and ensuring the property maintains a strong competitive position in the local market. What will I be doing?
As Director of Sales, you are responsible for working closely with the Senior Management Team to drive business needs and expand existing business through promotional efforts and sales channels. The Director of Sales is responsible for cultivating a strong sales culture and developing a high‑performing sales team.
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Develop and manage hotel sales plans that accurately reflect and support business objectives, using these plans to guide sales efforts across all market segments, including Leisure, Groups, and Meetings & Events.
Proactively prospect and generate new business with a strong focus on leisure markets through outbound calls, client visits, trade shows, and roadshows to expand key relationships with both local and international travel partners.
Collaborate closely with the Groups, Meetings & Events Department to generate and convert business for groups, congresses, and social events, mainly weddings.
Work in close alignment with the Reservations and Groups & Events teams to optimize market segment pricing and availability, assess business needs, and actively steer initiatives that deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Plan and, when appropriate, execute sales trips to key existing markets while identifying new potential areas for growth.
Manage RFPs and lead contract negotiations for FITs, wholesalers, and high‑end travel agencies.
Coordinate and host familiarization (FAM) trips and site inspections for travel agents and strategic partners.
Foster team growth through effective leadership and leading by example, including driving sales development; take an active role in recruiting team members and supporting their long‑term success.
Actively participate and complete the preparation of the annual Sales Plan, monthly updates, and the complicated hotel’s annual Budgets.
Act as a role model and inspire the hotel team through leading by example.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Represent Eviva Tour Vietnam at major travel fairs and industry events across Italy.
Conduct company visits in key cities to develop and maintain strategic business relationships.
Support travel consultants in the process of finalising tour bookings for B2B clients.
Assist with payment coordination when required to ensure smooth transaction flow.
Contribute to expanding Eviva's presence in the Italian market by identifying new opportunities and strengthening existing partnerships.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: University / Bachelors Degree (University students are welcome to apply).
Junior Requirements:
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
High level of motivation, willingness to learn, and genuine passion for the tourism industry.
Ability to travel for meetings, events, and fairs when required.
Senior Advantages:
