About the role
Posizione
The Front Office Agent will welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, perform rooming, handle complaints, provide concierge services and collaborate with the Booking team.
Requirements

Preferred experience in a high‑end or Michelin‑star restaurant or similar hospitality environment.
Excellent Italian and English language skills; knowledge of a third language is a plus.
