1. Primary Objective of PositionGuarantee the monthly monitoring and analysis of KPIs related to Sales Force efficiency.Supports putting together sales force activity reports and business trend analysis.Ensures compliance with ADC's internal policies and procedures. Is responsible for the implementation of targeting & segmentation and territory alignment .Responsible of training and support to sales force.2. Major AccountabilitiesMain tasks include:Analysis and processing of national or local data on KPls (coverage,frequencies, call rate, patient educational activity, etc.)Periodically compilation of sales activity report identifying threat/opportunity to support Sales Specialist and District Manager activityKPls periodic presentation to ADC managersTargeting and segmentation annual reviewSupports and cooperates with sales in specific project analysisEnsures that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements.3. EducationEconomics and Financial studies preferred with IT skills4. BackgroundAttitude to achieve goalsSeeks own professional improvementInterpersonal and negotiating skillsGood knowledge of Microsoft Office (excellent knowledge of Excel and basic knowledge of Microsoft Access)Fluent in English especially in writingLearning agility vs tool application and curiosity for digital word2 years' experience in same position on in the position close to the roleExperience with this type of business5.
