WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer / Team Lead who will focus on solution architecture within our platform. Proficiency in cloud deployment skills would be beneficial for this role. As a key member of our team, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development and solution architecture, with the ability to lead a team effectively. Yo u will be a part of a vibrant group, collaborating with specialist and business teams, demonstrating your technical knowledge, growing your soft/interpersonal skills and to help develop and improve the product offerings of Choreograph. WHAT YOU’LL DO Lead the design and implementation of scalable and robust backend solutions within our Commerce platform. Focus on solution architecture, ensuring alignment with business requirements and scalability. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate backend components with frontend interfaces. Familiarity with database technologies and data model ing prin ciples. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team. Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Experience with cloud deployment skills, such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform and streamlining development with CI/CD practices is a bonus.
