If you’re passionate about technical sales and want to make a lasting impact in the industry, this is the perfect position for you!Your Key Responsibilities:Promote Advanced Materials: Showcase your expertise in advanced stainless steel and nickel alloys to drive business growth.Sales Leadership: Take charge of the entire Outokumpu product and service portfolio, guiding clients through the sales process from start to finish.Strategy Execution: Actively implement and contribute to Outokumpu's sales strategy and participate in strategic projects to enhance competitiveness.Client Engagement: Manage and nurture key accounts within your assigned territory while also driving the acquisition of new customers.Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends through proactive market observation and participation in trade events like trade fairs and customer seminars.Negotiation Expertise: Lead contract negotiations with precision and professionalism, securing long-term partnerships.What We Are Looking For:Education: A technical and/or business degree is preferred.Experience: Solid B2B sales experience and a strong understanding of stainless steel production and processing methods.Languages: Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken) is required. Additional language skills (French, Spanish) are a plus.Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and SAP.Sales Drive: A proactive, results-oriented personality with a deep technical understanding and a passion for sales.Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad as needed.Location: Ideally based in Lombardia, Veneto, Emilia-Romagna.
