Every day, our teams across the world bring to life our purpose: to expand the way the world sees beauty by empowering the Extraordinary in each of us.As part of the HR Department, Talent development and total rewards Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:Provide a solid link between business and retail training needs with key stakeholders from sales department, category management, central training team and local brand partnersEmbody the spirit of Sephora University Europe on a local levelAdaptation of Sephora University Europe materialsDesign and implementation of local Retail and Brand training projectsMaintain Brand relationship to deliver a fruitful continuous training planGuarantee the balance between central strategy and local commercial needs, by respecting retail logicsFollow up regularly on the projects with all the stakeholders to guarantee sustainability and effectivenessGuarantee implementation of assigned projects according to business strategyDesign of minor training projects and modulesAnalysis of training KPIs to provide reportsBe a sponsor of the HR department in the motivation, engagement and development of employeesDaily cooperation with all departments implied in education in order to guarantee synergy in the training flow of communications and actions implementedBe a Digital Ambassador to improve all the L&D processes and omnichannel approachBe an ambassador of company’s values and cultureWho we are looking for:Previous experience and knowledge of retail processesPassion for retail and internal client satisfaction orientationHigh organizational skills (complex planning and priority management)Understanding of the retail scenario in order to prioritize training needs and planningGood negotiation skillsTraining techniques and methodology knowledgeHigh cooperative skills and effective knowledge of different stakeholder to share informationGood English levelGood organizational awarenessCuriosity towards the beauty retail expertisePositive attitude towards change managementHow to be successful in the role and at Sephora:By staying results-oriented and proactive in this fast-paced and dynamic environment, you'll contribute to the success of Sephora.
