We are looking for a Project Manager to enhance execution, prioritization, and delivery across Content, IT, Marketing, and Operations. This position reports directly to the CEO.
What you will do

Coordinate tasks and priorities across multiple teams.
Implement and run an operational framework (the primary tool is currently Jira).
Monitor project progress and manage cross-team dependencies.
Report directly to the CEO on operational performance.
Drive process improvement and deliver efficiency across the organization.

What we expect in the first 3–6 months

Clearer prioritization across the organization.
Reduced delivery times.
Better resource allocation between teams.
Clear and shared operational reporting.
2-4 years of experience as a Project or Operations Manager.
Experience in digital, startup, or scaleup environments.
Strong experience with Jira (or similar tools).
Interest or experience in education / edtech.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher, knowledge of Spanish is considered a plus
