Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:Etex are seeking a Production Manager to join the Operations team of Etex Building Performance Italy , based in Corfinio Plant (AQ) .Who we are looking for:Someone who never stands still, who wants to build a positive future, who puts the team first and who thrives in an international environment.As Teammate of EBP Italy, you'll responsible for the production area about the topics of occupational safety, environmental protection, health protection, cleanliness, production volumes, production costs, target fulfilment, employee leadership, staff placement and personnel development.You’ll lead and coordinate the deployment of the employees with the goal of continuously optimizing production at the lowest possible cost and will be responsible for safeguarding the continuous production process. Let's see what you could look forward to...What you'll doResponsible for general supervision for all production related processes and tasks on a daily basisOptimization of line production capacity and production costsAchieving the requested output within the planned operational budgetResponsible for ensuring product quality by adhering to the Quality Policy and following processes and procedures that make up the supporting quality system. In addition, responsibilities for actively participating in continuous improvement activities, as well as ensuring quality standards, regulations and compliance requirements are metAnalyze in-depth structural problems and translate conclusions into methods and proceduresParticipation in planning production budgetsStriving for a balance between the development of the organization and the development of the employeesEnsuring the performance of the employees continuously improves (performance, management, conflict management, change management)Conduct all necessary and timely communications with team including regular feedback sessions as part of a performance management processResponsible for actively contributing to a safe and healthy workplace environment by adhering to established health and safety protocols, reporting potential hazards promptly, and participating in training programs as requiredBe part of the local plant management team to actively drive cross-departmental communication and work together to drive the productivity of the plantWhat you'll bringDegree in EngineeringAt least 5 years of experience in an industry where lean has been implemented with a production management roleGood knowledge of MS Office and SAPFluent written and spoken EnglishStrong in Leadership and delegationMethodical, objective & efficient, keeps to agreed timeframes, acts with integrity & respects others, Inspires enthusiasm.Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well with othersVery good analytical and problem-solving skillsWe are named the world's #1 most trustworthy company in the construction sector by Newsweek and Statista in 2023!Our culture – we connect & care about those around us.
