Don’t miss this opportunity—apply today for the Procurement Specialist position and drive procurement excellence!Fixed-term or permanent contract to be evaluated.This role ensures the operational efficiency of the Procurement Department by monitoring suppliers, analyzing costs, and supporting negotiation activities, with the ultimate goal of optimizing the corporate supply chain.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESReview and manage Purchase Requisitions (RdA) issued by various departments to ensure accuracy.Verify order conditions against initial quotes and requirements.Plan and manage purchase orders utilizing ERP / management software.Manage and coordinate procurement across CAPEX, OPEX, and services.Support and ensure accuracy in accounting activities related to purchasing.Manage the onboarding process for new suppliers, including the analysis and monitoring of their KPIs.Conduct product development research in alignment with business goals and the latest market trends.Generate periodic reporting and maintain the digital / physical archive of all procurement documentation.Perform cost analysis to identify superior purchasing conditions and cost-saving opportunities.Provide strategic support to the Department Manager in the following areas:Sourcing and selection of suppliers.Negotiation and definition of contractual terms.Price list management.Your backgroundDegree in Economics or a related field (a Master’s degree in an economic or business discipline is a strong plus).At least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Experience within companies featuring structured procurement and purchasing processes will be highly valued.Your technical skillsProficiency in IT tools, with advanced command of the MS Office Suite (particularly Excel).Strong communication skills, proactivity, and curiosity, with a proven ability to manage relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.Industry experience in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Retail is considered a plus.Proactive Initiative: Ability to take ownership and proactively transform challenges into strategic opportunities.Adaptability: Capacity to adapt to various contexts and evolving situations to consistently achieve desired outcomes.Team Collaboration: Strong ability to work effectively within a team to reach shared objectives.Effective Communication: Ability to communicate clearly, promptly, and effectively with all stakeholders.Planning & Organization: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex workloads.Customer Orientation: A strong focus on meeting the needs of both internal and external customers.Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to ensuring accuracy in data, contracts, and reporting.Sound Judgment & Values: Ability to make decisions using common sense while consistently reflecting corporate values.
