What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Communicate significant trip details to vendors, suppliers, and other relevant individuals
Assist the Regional Operations Manager with day-to-day operational activities
Identify and resolve problems in the operations process efficiently
Manage financial tasks including invoice reconciliation and budget validation
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners

What is Required (Qualifications)

At least 1 year of experience in the tourism industry
Strong knowledge of the travel industry and regional geography
Financial acumen with experience in invoice reconciliation and cost control
Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills
Proficiency in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience as a tour leader
Knowledge of additional languages such as French, Spanish, Portuguese, and/or Italian
Intermediate knowledge of Excel and general computer proficiency
A proactive attitude with a commitment to customer service
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
