Are you passionate about customer satisfaction and driving business growth?Do you have a customer-centric mindset and a strong desire to help clients achieve their business objectives?If so, we want YOU to join our Customer Success Team!As an Italian-speaking Customer Success Specialist, you'll work directly with customers to ensure they get the most value out of our products and services.You'll manage customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, resolve issues, and collaborate with global teams to drive success.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to excellence.Please note that although this is a remote position, the work must be performed within Hungary!Requirements Key Tasks and Responsibilities:Understand and drive customer success goalsMonitor customer performance and uncover opportunities for growthAssist with billing, administration, and customer inquiriesCollaborate globally with internal teams to ensure seamless serviceProvide prompt, reliable, and accurate information about the products, services, and solutions to customers while maintaining effective communications by adjusting to the pace and technical level of the customer.Technical:Good knowledge of Microsoft Office productsExcellent understanding of Customer Success and/or Account/Relationship ManagementPrevious experience working with SAP, Salesforce, and Gainsight or similar CRM platform is an advantageBehavioral:Customer-centric mindsetEmpathy - Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently in English at all levels.Excellent organizational skillsStructured, 'can-do' approach to open matters and tasks in a demanding environmentQualifications [EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE]A High school diploma or equivalent; College level preferredPrevious experience in BPO and Customer Success or Account Management roleHave a proven track record demonstrating the skills and qualities outlined in this documentGood command of written and spoken English and Italian (Speech, Written, Reading, Comprehension)Benefits:Competitive salaryCafeteria - Team building and free time activitiesModern office environmentPlease note that although this is a remote position, the work must be performed within Hungary!
