Lead the region Digital business development, application engineering and sales of transformer intelligence, including monitoring devices and systems (e.g. APM), developing the digitalization trend and secure the anticipated growth impact.Develop and implement regional Digital sales strategy aligned with global strategy to increase customer penetration through engagement with Front End and TRES sales teams, distribution channel and through promotion of service offerings.Support Digital Technical Team in problem-solving process at Digital projects.The Digital Lead Business Developer also brings the knowledge of a senior technical specialist in front of the Customers.Your responsibilities:Adapt and roll out the global sales strategy and business development plan to drive Digital projects sales in Europe. Identify with local factories and Front End early adopters for Digital Power Transformers and make a plan for pilots, generating business for Service as well as products (power, distribution, traction)Accountable for the Hub EUC yearly Digital Plan (including all TRES EUC units to have a Digital Plan), in close coordination with TRES EUC PMM. Keep close alignment and coordination among the four PLs at Hub EU (PT, I&C, TRES; DT)Make sure all new power transformers are delivered Digitally-enabled from EU PT factoriesLeadership of the Digital Projects Sensor and Monitoring line-up along with Digital Power Transformers to drive sales growthEncourage innovation within sales teams to maximize service sales opportunities/ share the value proposition.Undertake regular follow up and tracking of growth plan implementation, launching proactive steps to mitigate slippageSecure all units have knowledgeable personnel on Digital business (Sales, Project Mgmt., Field Service Engineers) by implementing and leading proper training program, and supervise relevant hiresYour background:Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Technical department (R&D, Electrical Eng.), Project Mgmt. or Product Marketing, Sales and Business development in the assigned sector, associated with transformer businesses.The person in this role should have strong technical skills, in addition to the marketing experience, to be able to bridge the technical teams to the marketing teams in the companyHe/she should have a BS degree (Electrical Engineering) from an accredited university. A Master’s / PhD degree is a plus.Excellent networking skills matured in a highly international organization, “leading by influence”“Game changer” profile, change management experience is a strong plus. Strong networking and interpersonal skillsIntercultural sensitiveness is required, with good communication skills in oral and written, with colleagues from multi-countries for assigned region.
