For our internal ICT team in Turin, we are seeking:
The selected candidate will configure company IT devices and provide support via ticketing services.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in similar roles.

Level 1 Helpdesk activities
Providing hardware and software assistance on-site and remotely
Troubleshooting any issues faced by colleagues
Managing company assets and workstations
Installing and maintaining client operating systems and applications (Windows, MacOS, Office)
Basic knowledge of corporate network architecture (VLAN, Switches, Cisco)
Monitoring and managing Helpdesk ICT tickets to ensure quick response times and effective resolutions
Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Availability for short and occasional travel
Possession of a B driving license
