For our Engineering Division, we are looking for a SCADA Engineer.The candidate will be part of a system engineering team which, starting from the analysis of the customer's functional and specification requirements, will define the project architecture, provide for the development and configuration of the system up to its testing in the factory (FAT) and at the customer's site (SAT).Responsibilities:Initial interfacing with the customer for the analysis of requirements for the technical/economic proposalConfiguration of the SCADA on the basis of functional specificationsDevelopment of the HMI pages and configuration of the databaseCarrying out tests for the entire project life cycle including FAT and SATManaging project documentation such as functional specifications, user documentation, instructions and proceduresRequirements:Experience in programming PLC/RTU and SCADA supervisory systems and integration with field instrumentation/equipment such as electrical protectors and metersAbility to configure LAN networks and knowledge of IEC 61850/60870 and MODBUS communication protocolsPreferential experience in automation and control systems for HV networks and electrical stationsPROGRAMMING LANGUAGES: CODESYS IEC 61131, XML, LUAPlace of work:PaduaAvailability for travel to customers (mainly in Italy) and to group companies (Milan and Barcelona) is required.For applications, please send your CV to thytronic@thytronic.it
