Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career?
We are looking for a Data Analytics & Global Reporting to join our Headquarter at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO).
You will hierarchically report to the Head of Organization, Strategic Workforce Planning & Reward.
You will be responsible to ensure HR KPIs data reporting and forecasting at Group level and sharing it in the Group systems.
You will support the Organization team, implementing the organizational changes in SAP HCM/SF systems, updating company organigrams, and calculating the organizational KPIs on a monthly basis. You will actively collaborate to the BI/Dashboard development and AI application on forecasting process.
Main activities:
ACTUAL and FORECASTING

Prepare monthly reports – workforce – on actual reporting, verifying the consistency information in the system with HR Administration.
Prepare monthly forecast in collaboration with HR BPs and Talent Acquisition.
Collect all workforce information and share cross‑functionally into the Process Order Industrial and Finance for the presentation at Board level (PO Board).
Support Personnel Costs planning and Controlling with the monthly gap analysis versus Company workforce Target.
Prepare reports, HR KPIs and presentations to support People, Culture and Organization Officer, Lamborghini Board and Group evaluation and decisions about workforce.
Ensure reporting (with defined data, forms, frequencies, etc.) to the Group applying the defined Group standard.
Fill reports for external authority (e.g. ISTAT, Top Employer) and other internal company requesters (e.g. Trade Unions, Technical Bilateral Commissions).
Analyze tools and IT solutions for monthly workforce planning and forecasting activities.
Develop statistic predictive models for the HR KPI’s monitoring (e.g. Turnover analysis, absenteeism, etc.).
Scouting for predictive statistical models/solutions analyzing the major HR KPIs.
Active collaboration to BI/Dashboard development and AI application on forecasting process and self‑service KPI improvement and sharing.

PLANNING (Budget & 5Y Planning)

Close cooperation with Controlling and L/S-5 HR Organization team to ensure the data collection integration into the overall planning.

ORGANIZATION SUPPORT ACTIVITIES

Operates Orga. activities updating monthly Orga. changes published with Organization Chart, collecting and verifying the monthly changes with HR Business Partners and Orga Colleagues, creating into SAP HCM/SF new Job positions and related role‑based permissions and support the changes communication for internal Lamborghini Portal publishing.

About you:

Bachelor/Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, or 1st level Master in HR, Big Data & AI.
3/5 years of experience in Human Resources or Statistics Department.
Fluent in English and Italian, German will be considered a plus.
