Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a permanent and full-time country sales manager. She/he/they will work for the business of MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions, Fernox.
The general purposes of the job:
Responsibility for Italy region.
Sales target to be agreed.
Responsibility for regional and allocated national merchants.
This position is located in San Martino di Trecate (NO), Italy.
What will you be doing?
Support, assist and work with the sales team to implement the strategy and quarterly actions.
Implement the selling strategy for domestic and commercial water treatment products to designated merchants and distributors.
Influence end users, original equipment manufacturers and contractor/specifier markets to ensure the use of Fernox products and achieve agreed sales targets.
Continuously assess the market to identify new customers and opportunities.
Liaise with the relevant sales office and field colleagues on any technical assistance that will be required by the client.
Continuously assess the customer base to identify new potential for sales growth.
Build and maintain effective customer relationships, making key customer decision-makers aware of our service potential.
Co-ordinate and complete weekly call plans and records, monthly reports and other administrative documentation in a timely and accurate manner by Atlas Sales Force.
Provide feedback on customer business development, competitor activity and product/service performance to assist sales and marketing plans.
Assist in collating sales forecasts and budgets.
Always have a minimum of 8 ‘live’ sales opportunities on Atlas at any one time.
Who are You?
Preferably with sales experience from Industry, with basic knowledge of chemistry, heating/water treatment market, or different sectors with good commercial skills and attitude.
Educated to a relevant Italian level Graduation Diploma.
Living in Italy.
Good knowledge of English.

You will be employed under the National Collective Contract Labor Agreement in the commercial sector with the possibility to subscribe to the related Health and Pension funds.

Working time: 39 hours/week. Mon-Thu 8:30 -12:30, 13:30 -17:30, Fri 8:30 -12:30, 13:30 -16:30.
