The position is based in Naples, Italy.AccountabilitiesAnalysis, verification and validation of requirements (functional and non-functional, architectural, software, hardware) allocated to the generic product level integrated in safety critical systems and applications;Design, implementation, execution and verification of software tests at various levels: SW unit/component; SW/SW integration; HW/SW integration;Design, implementation, execution and verification of functional and integration tests at subsystem and generic product level;Drafting of the documentary set relating to the overall set of V&V activities;Preparation and execution of test activities in laboratory environment and on systems in the real installation environment;Support for preliminary commissioning and integration activities;Verification/debugging of HW/SW anomalies/errors by means of logs analysisRequired skills and knowledgeAdvanced knowledge of C and C++ languagesAdvanced knowledge of embedded programming and Real Time environmentsAdvanced knowledge of SW Engineering Life CycleGood knowledge of Cenelec Standards (50126, 50129, 50128)Knowledge and use of DOORS tool for requirements analysis and verificationKnowledge and use of RTC/EWM tool for configuration management and bug reporting and trackingKnowledge and use of RQM/ETM tool for test managementKnowledge of Microsoft Visual studioGood knowledge and use of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)Knowledge of main laboratory measuring instrumentsAbility to understand a schematic diagramAbility to manage activity schedule and periodic reportingAbility to work in a multicultural international environmentEducation/QualificationsEducated to Bachelor in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent technical background.LanguagesGood English proficiency.We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those under consideration will be contacted.
