For the HQ of a multinational company specialized in solutions for the heavy industry and power generation sectors,
we are seeking anIndustrial Controller(Rif. 08/24)
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring the financial activities of the company within an industrial context.
He/she will work closely with various business divisions to ensure accurate industrial control and provide strategic insights for overall financial performance improvement.
Responsibilities:

Supervise and control industrial financial activities, also for a foreign subsidiary company
Analyze orders costs and develop strategies to optimize financial efficiency
Prepare periodic financial report for the Group
Collaborate with operational teams to optimize production costs
Monitor and assess budget variations
Contribute to strategic decisions through financial analysis
Manage industrial accounting activities

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience as an Industrial Controller according to the orders-logic
In-depth knowledge of industrial accounting and financial practices
Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics
