Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future.Partner with the bestAs Field Service Process Engineer , you will be responsible for the coordination/supervision of operations of a team for one or more product lines in the field. Position may supervise field engineers, operators, service specialists and supervise the work in the field as the company's responsible person to the operator representative in charge.As Field Service Process Engineer you will be responsible forseeking alternative methods to safely complete the tasks if the standard method is not viable and stay within HSE guidelines. He/She's mainly specialized in Instrumentation and Control Panels.Communicating with various clients and have excellent customer service skills.Coordinating activities at the Customer Job Site. He/she is responsible to make sure that all required records of all activities accomplished at Customer Site to by the TPS Site team are properly stored in the company tools. He/She promotes and maintains good team and Customer relations at all time.Executing all required responsibilities safely by following all TPS Service applicable processes and procedures and performs other related duties as required according to the specified scope of work.He/She has the ability and knowledge to define an organization chart of required field personnel in concurrence with the Installation Manager and shall define the personnel enabled to have direct interface with Customer’s representatives. He/She is able to control site work progress, with special reference to subcontracted manpower, in order to ensure timely completion of works.Conducting all business activities in accordance to Baker Hughes Core Values (HSE, Quality and Compliance).Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have Two-year Technical college degree and significant experience (minimum 8 Years) spent as Field Specialist. Technical awareness of Gas Turbines or Centrifugal Compressors or Reciprocating Compressors or Steam Turbines and their auxiliariesDisplay a strong customer service-orientation mindset, experienced leading customers through tough decisionsBe skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understandingWork in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
