Key Responsibilities

Helpdesk support and remote problem solving
Identify and offer the right spare parts to customers
Collaborate with service offices and R&D for issue resolution
Conduct maintenance, inspection, installation, and training visits

What We’re Looking For

Team player with coordination skills
Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic knowledge
Problem‑solving skills and technical understanding
Fluent in English; Spanish and French are a plus
Proficiency in Navision and Microsoft Office
