About the Role
The Credit Collector will help Safilo collect outstanding credits by contacting debtors and negotiating payment solutions. The position is based in our HQ in Padua.
Responsibilities

Track outstanding debts, locate and contact debtors.
Create and implement debt‑collection courses of action, negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans.
Handle customers’ questions or complaints.
Update account status and balances regularly.
Comply with legal requirements in cooperation with Portuguese local colleagues.

Qualifications

Fluent or native speaker in Portuguese.
Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
Experience working with tight deadlines.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Strong negotiation skills and a team‑player attitude.
Excellent time‑management, interpersonal and communication skills.
At least 2 years of experience as a credit collector (ideally).
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics.
