Mechanical technical drawing (according to UNI EN IS standards)

Knowledge of European regulations (safety, 2006/42/EC directive)
Design of pneumatic / hydraulic systems (sizing and architecture)
Knowledge of the actuators and choice of the best solution based on the specific needs of each application (e.g. electro-cylinders / linear motors / pneumatics / hydraulics…)
Sizing and choice of mechanical transmissions and kinematics (types of gearboxes / gear transmissions / belts / …)
Sizing of parts subject to stress (shafts / bearings / structures…)
Knowledge of materials (availability of tubulars / drawn / laminates…) and heat treatments (hardening / nitriding/…) and surface treatments (PVD / phosphating…)
Knowledge of production processes, mechanical processing (CNC / Machine tools / …) and definition of tolerances
Cost evaluation as an integral part of the project specifications
