We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.Deliver the objectives of Cost Savings, Cash Improvement, Compliance, Sustainability, Innovation and Service.Manage key supplier relationships across the region and develop a deep level of understanding of the supply base.Lead supplier selection and component pricing for Innovation. Support Innovation projects through to commercialization and driving speed to achieve target cost, quality and timing targets.Develop and manage a regional Procurement strategy for Paper & Printed Materials in alignment with the global strategy, to deliver on cost & cash improvements, innovation, risk management, sustainability and other value-added elements of supplier relationships.Execute strategy through RFP processes, Negotiations, Supplier evaluation and selection and Contract negotiation/execution.Lead Business Reviews for Strategic Suppliers.Coordinate internal alignment with key stakeholders to drive cross-functional alignment with Procurement Initiatives.Deliver inflation forecasts and re-estimates used in the SCJ inflation and Corplan budgeting process. Report and update in timely manner Cost Savings and Cash improvement to continuously track status against targets.Track commodities, mitigate inflation and provide contractual pricing information to operations teams. BSc or MSc degree preferably in an Engineering, Business or Supply Chain disciplinesMinimum 5 years’ experience in Procurement Portfolio/Category Management in the FMCG industry, preferably with a regional scope. Will be considered a competitive advantage experience with Paper and Prints materials and also experience with Operational Procurement English fluent and Italian will be considered a competitive advantageProcurement skills in key tools such as market analysis, negotiation, clean sheets as well as the ability to execute agreed upon strategies and project management skillsCommunication skills to have the ability to interface with multiple levels of an organization internally and externally with a proven track record of cross functional collaboration in a matrix organizationAbility to work independently and manage for results and good business orientation necessary to achieve the financial targetsFinancial Analysis-Gathering, organizing and evaluating financial data in order to support business decision makingNegotiation, seeking to resolve different perspectives or matters of dispute by discovering shared interests and
